Miles for Fahad stands behind the Oncology Patients’ Care Association and its treatment center at Kasr Al Ainy Hospital. The association walks alongside cancer patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery — covering costs many families can’t carry alone.

Fahad’s story is the heart behind every mile we walk and every person we bring together.

The association is licensed by Egypt’s Ministry of Social Solidarity and accepts Zakat, Sadaqa, and general donations toward patient care.
